Greenwood
D2C launch and ongoing e-commerce partnership
Greenwood, an organic gardening inputs business with in-house manufacturing, was already supplying vermicompost, cocopeat, potting mixes, neem cake, neem oil, mustard cake, bone meal, leaf compost, and perlite, doing around INR 2 crore a year entirely through offline B2B sales. It had a strong product line and steady trade buyers, but no online presence, no consumer channel, and no view of what its products should sell for direct to customers. We built Greenwood’s online business from scratch: designed and launched its website, created and listed the full catalogue on Amazon and Flipkart, and ran a profit and pricing analysis across every SKU to set channel prices that covered ads, marketplace fees, and shipping. We then helped Greenwood grow its range beyond soil and nutrients, introducing plant stands, pots, and related gardening products, and identified the suppliers and retailers to make that range work. Day-to-day, we run the e-commerce operation alongside the Greenwood team, managing listings, ad performance, pricing, and marketplace health.
Greenwood went from a B2B-only supplier to a multichannel D2C brand live on its own website, Amazon, and Flipkart, with an expanded product range, pricing built on real unit economics, and an ongoing partnership that continues to manage and grow the online business
