A3M Consultants is a startup consultancy that helps founders plan, raise, reach, and grow. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or work with us, and how we handle it.

Information you give us. Your name, email address, company, and anything you share when you book a call, email us, or speak with us.

Business documents. Plans, models, decks, metrics, and other materials you share during an engagement.

Basic technical data. Information such as browser type, device, and pages visited, collected when you use our website.

We use your information to respond to you, schedule and hold discovery calls, deliver the services you engage us for, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We use trusted providers to run parts of our work. Discovery calls are booked through Calendly, which processes the details you enter when booking. Links to LinkedIn take you to LinkedIn’s own site. Each provider handles your data under its own privacy policy.

We sign an NDA before you share any business documents. Your materials are used only for your engagement, are accessible only to the A3M team working on it, and are never shared with other clients or third parties without your permission.

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver our services, and meet legal or accounting obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or return it to you.

Depending on where you live, including under the EU General Data Protection Regulation and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
