A3M is currently advising Tsameret Elevators, an established Israeli elevator company, as it expands from maintenance and modernisation into new-build installations. We are helping the company set up a reliable manufacturing supply chain in India to support this growth. Our work covers identifying and assessing Indian manufacturers against the company's technical, quality and certification requirements, leading discussions between the client's leadership and shortlisted manufacturers, and preparing the product requirements that suppliers quote against. We work closely with the client's leadership, take a clear position on each technical and commercial question, and keep every supplier discussion aligned to one set of requirements.
We are guiding Tsameret toward a single, certified manufacturing partner for the Israeli market, and we continue to advise at every stage.
