A3M advised Light Arc Company for Interior Design, a Kuwait-based luxury architectural lighting design and supervision studio, on a full financial and strategic analysis of the business. Our work covered analysing four years of audited IFRS financials, separating owner-related balances from the operating business to give a true picture of working capital and performance, and assessing the company's pricing model, sales channels and growth strategy. We worked closely with the founder, took a clear position on how each financial and strategic question should be treated, and built a single, consistent view of where the business stands and where it can go.
Light Arc now has a clear, owner-adjusted view of its financial performance, showing steady growth in both revenue and profit from 2022 to 2025, together with a defined path to its goal of becoming Kuwait's leading luxury lighting studio and expanding across the GCC. The analysis identified founder dependency and a referral-heavy sales model as the key constraints on scale, giving the company a clear basis for building a scalable studio structure and recurring partnerships with architects, developers and hospitality groups.
